Adult

​​Our adult gymnastics open session is fantastic for all abilities from complete beginner to former gymnasts. This gives you the opportunity to try out equipment such as the Floor, Bars, Vault, Beam, Trampette or Tumble Track.

Beginner

Tuesday            4:30pm - 5:30pm

Wednesday      4:00pm - 5:00pm

Friday              4:00pm - 5:00pm

Saturday       10:00am - 11:00am

Saturday       11:00am - 12:00am

These classes are an introduction to gymnastics and help develop key motor and development skills. Our coaches will help your child to achieve their potential in a positive, friendly environment.

Intermediate

Wednesday 5pm - 6pm

Friday          5pm - 6pm

Saturday 9am - 10am

This is a group which consists of gymnasts who work at an intermediate level. Here gymnasts begin to work on higher-level skills. Our coaches will help your child to achieve their potential in a positive, friendly environment.

Thursday   4.45pm - 6:30pm

These classes consist of gymnasts who work at a club, regional, national and international level.
